Someone I could trust!
When planning our wedding, we were one of those couples who felt they didn't "need" a wedding day of coordinator. However, as the days grew closer it became more and more evident how much we needed a day of coordinator. I can't express how much stress was lifted from us thanks to Amberley (and her assistant)! I am a little controlling when it comes to the details, about ten minutes into our rehearsal, I knew Amberley was someone I could trust!! Professional, kind, and hard working
Amberley at [Blue Events] was my day-of-coordinator, and I can't say enough GREAT things about her! She is one of the most organized people I've ever met. She seriously thought of every little detail about my wedding when we were talking at our meetings leading up to it.
On the day of my wedding, I just enjoyed it! I was never stressed about the details, because I knew she was well-organized and could take care of any last-minute fiascos. It was truly one of the happiest days of my life and I enjoyed every part of it (I mean it - I never experienced any stress on my wedding day, and so much of that was due to Amberley!!).
She helped with every little thing, from making sure vendors arrived on time, setting up chairs and flowers, and showing our caterers where to go. Her extensive knowledge of wedding and event planning came in handy with helping me know how much is customary to tip our vendors, providing input with the schedule of our wedding (it's confusing to decide when to put the dances, cake cutting, and speeches!), and even little details like recommending that we get some food wrapped up from our caterer to eat later that night at the hotel!
It was also so comforting to have her around for little emergencies, like needing Tide To Go for a stain on my dress, breath mints when necessary, and safety pins and bobby pins for hair/dress emergencies. She thought of everything.
Amberley made sure that I didn't lift a finger on my wedding day! There was one moment when we were taking photos and I was concerned about the time. I asked someone for the time, and Amberley responded, "don't even worry about that, girl! That's my job - you just have fun."

"[Blue Events] far exceeded my expectations! I engaged Amberley and her company for a surprise Birthday Party I was hosting for my wife. Amberley was very easy and flexible to work with. She presented me various packages with budgetary options for consideration. After package selection, Amberley planned, organized and scheduled every detail presenting me an exact timeline of all activities on the day of the event. Everything went off as planned and my wife loved her party. Amberley was working at the party until the very end. She went above and beyond to make sure the party was a success.
